In order to effectively fulfill his duties as a NPC Representative, Wang Junjin has carried out in-depth research by listening, inspecting, interviewing, discussing and studying over the past year since the opening of the 4th session of the 12th National People's Congress in 2016. He has solicited popular wisdom and comments on economic development, private enterprise development and industrial development in order to submit suggestions about targeted poverty alleviation, tax reform, safety management of unmanned aerial vehicles, financial regulation, and PPP optimization during the upcoming 5th session of the 12th National People's Congress.

It's learned that over the past year, NPC Representative Wang Junjin has participated in a variety of research activities related to national economy and the people's livelihood organized by the Shanghai delegation, Shanghai Municipal United Front Work Department and Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce. Wang has continuously strengthened and improved the research work by extensively listening to the reports of relevant municipal, district-level and county-level departments, inspecting daily operations of relevant enterprises, primarily interviewing and discussing with small, medium and large enterprises in Shanghai, discussing with relevant enterprises, universities, research institutes, social organizations and media people, and gathering, studying and comprehensively analyzing relevant data and materials, thus providing a basis for decision-making. In addition to the daily research work, Wang Junjin, as the organizer of the research on targeted poverty alleviation and vice president of the China Glory Society, led the delegation for targeted poverty alleviation research in Huahuan, Hunan province and Qingyang, Gansu province, and sent people to participate in the targeted poverty alleviation research in Guizhou organized by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. During the research, Wang communicated with local villagers, growers and rural teachers to understand the current situation of poverty, ask about the causes of poverty, and investigate the poverty alleviation cooperation projects on the spot. After returning to Shanghai, Wang quickly set up a "leading group on targeted poverty alleviation of JuneYao Group" by mobilizing veteran members and assumed the position of group leader to devote himself to the battle of poverty alleviation.

It's reported that since he was elected as a representative of the 12th National People’s Congress in 2013, Wang Junjin prepared and submitted 1 motion and 19 suggestions, which were all registered, and participated in 46 motions during the 4-year term of service.
