On January 12, the second session of Hubei Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) opened ceremoniously in Hongshan Auditriurm, Wuchang, Hubei. Group Vice President Wang Junhao attended the meeting as a standing committee member of the 10th Hubei CPPCC.

Wang Junhao actively participated in political affairs, conscientiously fulfilled his obligations as a standing committee member of the CPPCC departing from the viewpoint of a POE entrepreneur. In his proposal, Wang Junhao indicated that, at present, despite of the impact of international macro economic situations, the Central Bank moderately relaxed money supply, but in their actual practices enterprises still experienced tight loan control by commercial banks due to their stringent lending policy, resulting in difficulty in obtaining loans by the enterprises, especially for small and medium enterprises. He suggested that, the state and local governments could consider introducing relevant supporting policies, which could both mobilize the enthusiasm in offering loans by the banks, and ensure the safety of loan. The key point for resolving the loan stint toward private enterprises by the banks is: The state government could make a survey on the bad loan rate by private enterprise, and then compensates the bad loan rate to the banks based on certain percentage. Meanwhile, the state government could also adopt many loan assistance measures to private enterprises, for instance, the state government or the local government could set up a special fund, to help enterprises with good credit raking to acquire sufficient loan under the present economic environment, or the government could take the initiative to set up a trust or guarantee institution, in order to help superior private enterprises obtain sufficient fund.
