Wuxi Commercial Mansion Group 2012 Economic Work Conference and the Second Session of the 5th Workers Congress were held recently, the Conference passed a series of reports, resolutions, and signed “Salary Collective Agreement”, issued annual target responsibility contract and safety responsibility contract, and decided to implement performance assessment reward and penalty system for the whole year.

Under the theme of “Pragmatic and Innovative Development, Conscientious and Efficient Management”, this time’s Conference was attended by major executives of the Group and related executives from JuneYao Group. Mid-level and above officers of all subsidiaries of the Commercial Mansion Group, the Department of Business Purchase & Supply, and all operation venues and department offices, delegates of the First Session of the Group’s 5th Workers Congress as well as joint marketing staff representatives attended and listened to the report.

Pan Xiaoyan, General Manager of the Commercial Mansion Group and Chairman of the Commercial Mansion Grand Orient Co., Ltd, delivered “Group’s Work Summary for 2011 and Work Plan for 2012” report. In her report, she pointed out that to ensure long lasting vitality of the enterprise, it must depend on inheritance of heritage from generation to generation, stick to strategic targets, make concerted efforts, and march forward courageously.
