ReleaseDate: 2013-02-04

In January of the New Year, JuneYao Airlines’ fleet also “bid farewell to the old and ushered in the new”. The lease-ending formality of 2 retiring Airbus A319 aircrafts is now under way, and 2 brand-new Airbus A320 aircrafts have been introduced in January to ensure carrying capacity for the Spring Festival travel season.

It has been learned that the 2 retiring aircrafts were introduced around 2006; they witnessed JuneYao Airlines’ opening and growth. In order to ensure minimum aircraft service year and fleet uniformity, JuneYao Airlines started termination of lease in 2012, which will be fully completed in February 2013. By that time JuneYao Airlines’ fleet will include 30 brand-new Airbus A320 aircrafts, with an average service year of only 2.5 years, making it the newest and the youngest fleet in China.
