JuneYao accompanied passengers home on warm and comfortable journey

During the 7-day long Spring Festival Holiday (January 31 to February 6), JuneYao Airlines completed a total of 3000 plus hours of flight workload, 1118 times of flight takeoff and landing, provided seats to about 170,000 persons, and carried more than 150,000 persons, the occupancy rate was 87.79%.

The Spring Festival Travel Rush of 2014 began from January 16, and ended on February 24, totaling 40 days. Senior executives of JuneYao Airlines showed high level of concern by making advance deployments, and requested everyone in the company to keep alert during the Spring Festival Travel Rush period, and avoid relaxing of vigilance; supervisors at all levels set examples by themselves, went down to front line posts, stringently implemented 24 hour on-duty system; each employee performed his/her duty, cooperated closely with each other, and went all out to perform the task of “ensuring safe, convenient, smooth, and comfortable travel for passengers” proposed by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

It has been learned that passengers before this year’s Spring Festival were mainly people returning to hometown, whose destinations were concentrated on Harbin, Urumqi, Dalian, and Fuzhou; beginning from the second day of the lunar New Year, passengers were mainly travelers heading for tourism destinations, which were concentrated on Haikou, Sanya, Kaohsiung, Taipei, Phuket Island, Bangkok, and Chiangmai etc.

In order to meet market demand, JuneYao Airlines mobilized full capacity in advance, and added flights on international flight routes to Bangkok and Phuket Island, as well as regional flight routes to Kaohsiung, Taipei and Macao, going all out to service the Spring Festival Travel Rush. According to statistics, on the basis of original flight route loaded capacity, JuneYao Airlines added an extra 110 plus flights on international and regional flight routes in this year’s Spring Festival Travel Rush period.

During the Spring Festival period, JuneYao Airlines’ employees stuck to all frontline posts, in particular there was dense fog on the evening of the lunar New Year’s Eve, many flights were delayed, alternatively landed and transferred to other airports, employees of all departments of JuneYao Airlines took active action to help passengers embark on warm journey home by relying on perseverance and smile.
